Juliette is one of four kids taking part in this month's Matalan Blog Style Project and I know she'd be over the moon if you were kind enough to go and vote for her. (You just need to leave "Cheryl - Madhouse Family Reviews" (or the name of your favourite) in the comments on the Matalan blog here : http://blog.matalan.co.uk/2012/12/december-style-project-kids-christmas-day-outfits/2012/)
Matalan explain : "Every month we give four UK bloggers the opportunity to battle it out for the coveted title of Matalan Style Project Winner. Each armed with a budget of £50, our mummy bloggers this month were asked to pick an outfit for one of their children for Christmas Day. We thought that this was a perfect theme for the upcoming festive season!"
I wasn't really sure how far £50 would stretch but, this being Matalan, I managed to get not one but two complete outfits !
The beautiful fairy dress, complete with headband, only costs £9. The heart print tights are £4 for 2 pairs and the faux fur-trimmed boots come in at £15. The second outfit - the stripey top and leggings - costs £10, leaving us plenty left over for stocking up on earrings to complete the festive look - the dangly Christmas penguin earrings cost £3. We were still way under budget with £9 left over so I bought a pair of pink jeans for Sophie too. I couldn't believe how much stuff we managed to buy for £50 !
If you’re a mummy (or daddy!) blogger and would like to take part in the next Matalan Style Project, you can get in touch by tweeting @Matalan and you could be competing for the coveted crown of Style Project Winner next month!
I'd love for you to vote for Juliette, but the other entrants look fabulous too and I know the other bloggers taking part are all lovely so in the interest of fair play, I'll just ask you to click through and vote for your favourite ! :)
